Delete account

You can delete your Oslony RTG account in two ways.

In the app

Open the account screen, choose “Delete account” and confirm. You do not need to contact us.

Without the app

Write from the e-mail address you sign in with to kontakt@oslonyrtg.eu with the subject “Account deletion”. We confirm the message comes from the account's address, delete the account and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your account (e-mail address),
• projects saved in the cloud,
• unused sign-in codes and this device's entry.

What stays

• The licence itself — it was bought by a company, not by the user; releasing the account frees the seat but does not void the licence.
• An event-log entry about the account deletion (with the e-mail address) as the basis for settling the licence, for the period described in the Privacy policy.
• Encrypted database backups may for some time still contain the data of a deleted account.
